ABOUT SERVICE RATES

Welcome
To ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience for both parties, the following Terms and Conditions must be adhered to.

Booking Confirmation:
1. All sessions must be booked in advance via contact form.
2. A session is not confirmed until the non-refundable deposit has been received.

Deposits:
1. A deposit of a specific percentage or amount is required to secure your booking. Please refer to Payment Policy for a further breakdown.
2. Deposits are due at the time of consultation or prior to booking confirmation
3. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable except in extenuating circumstances, to be determined at the discretion of Teal Revel.

Fees Covered by the Client:
1. The client is responsible for the full session fee as agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Session space
3. Any additional services or activities requested during the session will incur extra charges. These extra charges will be agreed upon by both parties prior to the session's commencement
4. Payment for the session balance is due in full on the day of the session, prior to its commencement.

Cancellation Policy* (for session In Person sessions and Socials 2Hours+ only):
1. If the client cancels a session, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Cancellations made more 48 hours prior to the session: client can reschedule an appointment within 60 days of the original session date.
3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will result in the client being liable for the full session fee.
4. In the rare event that I must cancel, clients can request a refund or reschedule the appointment within 120 days of the original date.

Rescheduling Appointments:
1. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the originally scheduled session.
2. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original session date.

Late Appointment Fees:
1. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session.
2. Sessions will start at the scheduled time, and any late arrival will result in a shorter session with no reduction in the session fee.
3. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in session forfeiture, with the full session fee still applicable.

Session Conduct:
1. All sessions are conducted within the boundaries of consensual BDSM practices.
2. Both parties have discussed, understood, and confirmed all hard limits and boundaries prior to the session.
3. A safe word will be established prior to the start of the session, and its use will immediately cease all activities.
4. The client agrees to respect the limits and professional boundaries set by Teal Revel.

Health and Safety:
1. The client agrees to disclose any relevant health issues or concerns that may affect the session.
2. Teal Revel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Additionally, service may be refused to anyone displaying disrespectful or unsafe behaviour.
3. No additional guests are allowed without prior agreement.

Liability:
1. The client acknowledges that BDSM activities involve inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for any injuries that may occur during the session.
2. The client understands and agrees that Teal Revel is not liable for any consequences of your actions, and you will not hold Teal Revel responsible for any issues that may arise from your involvement in a session.

Discretion and Confidentiality:
1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during the course of the session.
2. Photography or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed upon in advance and in writing.

Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting the deposit and booking a session, the client indicates their full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

*This Cancellation Policy does not cover the following services:

Any Virtual sessions, including Consultations
Sunday Roast & Flowers
Winter Warmer

These Services require full payment at the time of booking, and are non refundable.

Amendments:
Mstrs Revel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their session.

SERVICE RATES
TERMS & CONDITIONS

I maintain a strict payment policy to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms
All payments must be made in the method agreed upon in advance.

Online Sessions
100% of the payment is required prior to the start of the session.
Minimum session length: 30 minutes.
Maximum session length: 3 hours.
Payment for session extensions must be made before the current session ends.

In-Person Sessions & Fetish-Specific Services
A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment, along with any additional accommodation expenses.
The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.
Minimum session length: 60 minutes.
Maximum session length: To be confirmed based on the session type.

Bespoke Packages
Payment terms will be personalised and agreed upon during the package curation process.

Sunday Roast & Flowers Social Meets
100% of the payment is required prior to our meet
Session length: 2 hours.

Casual Social Meets
A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment.
Minimum session length: 1 hour.
Maximum session length: 6 hours

Multi Domme Sessions
100% of the payment is required prior to the session.
Session length will be determined by the Dominatrices.

Virtual Keyholding
Weekly payments in advance are required prior to each session.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances.
If the client cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited and non-transferable.

If the client cancels with more than 48 hours' notice, the balance can be transferred to a new appointment within 60 days of the original appointment date.

In the rare event that I must cancel, clients can request a refund or reschedule the appointment within 60 days of the original date.

Cancellations and No-Shows

No-shows: Clients may be blocked from future services. An unblock fee, determined at my discretion, may be applied to the client's details.

Ethical Considerations and Non-Negotiables
Sessions are to be conducted sober; no alcohol or drugs are permitted.
Clients and Dominatrices will remain fully clothed during sessions.
No illegal activities or play will be entertained.
No additional guests are allowed without prior agreement.
By engaging in any service with me, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these payment terms and conditions.
